  • These prices include delivery/set-up within 8 miles of WN2.

  • Extra delivery charges apply for postcodes out of this radius. 

  • Disposable plates, knives & napkins are provided.

  • We travel up to 30 miles for Platter set-ups for under 50 people

  • We can travel further than 30 miles for set-ups for over 50 people.

For over 50 guests please send a message stating the number of guests for a quote.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please make us aware of ANY ALLERGIES OR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS at the time of booking so that we can change the contents to suit you.

 

There is a £5 surcharge PP to add Gluten Free, Vegan or Halal items to any platter. These can be labelled in one corner of the set-up or in a separate box.

 

Please note. On the odd occasion some items may vary depending on stock availability from our suppliers.

How to Book

To book a Platter Set-up please use our contact form, or email (sales@letsgograzey.co.uk) with the following information;

​

  • The date of booking

  • The time guests will be arriving

  • The full address

  • How many guests?

  • Are there any allergies or dietary requirements?

  • Which Set Up Option would you like ?

  • Would you like any add-ons?

​

We aim to respond as quickly as possible but please allow 24 hours.

  

Once we have confirmed availability for your booking there will be a £30 deposit to pay to secure your date. Half of your remaining balance will be due three days prior to your event, the remaining balance can be paid on the day.

 

Please note; We will not confirm your booking until your deposit has been received. Deposits are non refundable however can be transferred to another date if more than 3 days notice is given.
